work was like SHHHHIIIIIITTTTTT today.wtf.firstly,i had to use this stupid thingy since this lady used the cold storage card..first time using it so i wasnt familiar..but anyways i just used it..didnt know i was supposed to use the whole booklet which includes the edc copy,customer's copy and office copy..i only used 2 of it.so i tore only 2 of it from the booklet..so i zap the card and the cold storage thing..in the end only the ink came out on the customers one..then i didnt know what to do..so she was like,'dont you want me to sign it' then i said erm ya..lol..so she signed it..thought everything was okay until i found out the edc copy dont have her particulars..the dumb machine!!! the ink didnt come out on the edc copy..and i found out the office copy need to use also.sigh.how dumb could i be right.sheesh..so ya got scolding from kak saadiah..sigh..she said they wont accept the blank one although the customer did sign it..then she said we have to pay for everything.45.25 bucks.i think I must pay not her..like as if the staff will pay since obviously its my fault not theirs..haizz.great.how fucking nice.firstly i lost the invoice that day,and now this.things couldnt get much worse.but good thing is,now ive learnt how to use the cold storage card. not only that, i was screamed at by a customer.well not exactly screamed at.almost.she scolded me.wtf sia.she brought in the green basket from cold storage and took stuff from guardian..so i thought that she didnt know she have to pay the cold storage stuff at the cold storage cashier counter,not guardian's one..(almost everyday people buy stuff from cold storage but go to guardian's cashier counter) so i told her NICELY to go the express service at cold storage..she scolded me..she was like 'ya lah i know lah! i took stuff from guardian what..'sheesh..give me a break lah..how the hell should i know she know right..she even brought the basket inside sia.she could say nicely..and that wasnt the worst part.when i scanned one of the stuff,there wasnt a beep sound because of the sticker on the code so i took it out for her..tried scanning it again but cannot since got some bits of it left..guess what she said?'HOW LONG YOU WANT ME TO WAIT AH???'i was like bloody hell..im trying my best to help her and she says that..then she say..go scan at the cold storage scanner lah..i was like WTF.this is guardian's stuff..so i told her NICELY that i cant since its guardian's one..then she said ya i know!!i was like damn fcuked up at what she's trying to point out to me..then she demanded me to take a new one for her at the back.sheesh..after swapping the dbs card for her and stuff she asked me 'girl you orang baru ah..first day ah?' god..what an idiot..if it was my first day i wouldnt even know how to swap the card and stuffs sia..stupid question..but hell..can customers PLEASE dont scream at me anymore?!?!? im fucking sick of it..when they ask me stuff and i dont know where is it,at least i did help them find and couldnt..sometimes really dont have..and they dont believe me..they'll be like..are you sure dont have or youre saying it because you cant find it.give me a break for goodness sake..ive been there less than 2 weeks..i dont even have my uniform yet!! are you people fucking blind or something??? obviously im new there so stop treating me like im some punching bag you can scream at..sigh.. weird thing is,when i did closing with nadirah that day,everything went smoothly and it was fast.but today with kak saadiah it was damn slow,the place was a mess..i got a headache doing it with her..i cant wait to quit..i'll probably quit after i get my first pay..we have to do like a million things in guardian..you have to do everything and nobody is only restricted to doing one thing..there's returning..cashiering,ibt,hht,ticketing,opening the store and closing,computer work..paper work..ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! |
